We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Products and Pricing

We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including materials, dimensions, and country of origin. Natural stones vary in color, pattern, and character; photographs represent the general quality and type of stone but individual pieces may differ slightly from images shown.

Prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not apply to orders already confirmed.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that the payment information you provide is accurate and belongs to you.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after confirmation, if we suspect fraud, if a product is out of stock, if there is an error in pricing or product description, or for any other reason at our discretion. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a full refund.

Order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance. Acceptance occurs when the order ships.

Shipping and Delivery

Products ship from Japan. Shipping times and costs are described on our Shipping page. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or events outside our control.

You are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees applicable in your country. These are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is described on our Returns page and is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By placing an order, you agree to the return and refund terms described there.

Intellectual Property
