  1. Agreement to Terms

Luna Ilum (lunailum.com) is a trade name operated by Muse Volcano LLC. By accessing lunailum.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase from us. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users.

  1. About Luna Ilum

Luna Ilum is a direct-to-consumer fine jewelry brand sourcing authenticated pieces directly from Tokyo, Japan. All items are acquired in person from verified artisan and wholesale sources. Every purchase is a special order fulfilled from Japan on your behalf.

  1. Special Order Nature of Purchases

All sales on lunailum.com are special orders. When you place an order, we initiate fulfillment directly from Tokyo. As a result:

Orders cannot be cancelled once fulfillment has been initiated. Shipping, insurance, and import duties are prepaid by Luna Ilum on your behalf and are non-refundable under any circumstances. Your order total will include an itemized breakdown of these prepaid costs.

By completing a purchase you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

  1. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Your order total is locked at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout. Payment is charged in full at the time of order.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

All orders ship from Tokyo, Japan via FedEx or DHL Express, fully insured, on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means:

All import duties and customs fees are prepaid by Luna Ilum before shipment. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days from order confirmation. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Luna Ilum is not liable for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, or events outside our control.

  1. Returns and Refunds

All returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Returns are accepted under limited conditions only. Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing.

  1. Product Accuracy and Authentication

We take every reasonable measure to accurately represent each piece through photographs, descriptions, and where applicable, certification documentation. All items are inspected, photographed, and videoed prior to packaging. Certification documentation reflects the information available at time of sourcing. Luna Ilum does not guarantee appraisal values or resale prices.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on lunailum.com — including photography, copy, branding, and design — is the exclusive property of Luna Ilum, a trade name of Muse Volcano LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muse Volcano LLC, operating as Luna Ilum, is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or any purchase. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oregon.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
